COLLABORATE WITH M.E.P. EUROPROJECTS GRANADA IN THE NEXT CALL FOR PROPOSALS!





M.E.P. Europrojects Granada has the pleasure to invite you to collaborate with us in the framework of the LLP (Life-Long Learning Programme), especially within Leonardo da Vinci Mobility projects (IVT, PLM and VETPRO) and Erasmus projects: Students Mobility for placements (including the Erasmus consortium placement certificate) and Staff Mobility (teaching assignments and staff training).

If you are member of a Promoter/ Sending organisation interested in taking part in the Leonardo da Vinci Mobility programme please take into account that according to usual practice, the deadline for submitting proposals is during the first days of February each year (therefore, the next deadline is expected to be at the begining of February 2012). If your organisation is interested in preparing and submitting LdV Mobility projects and to implement those projects in Granada, Andalusia (Southern Spain), please do not hesitate to contact us, M.E.P. Europrojects Granada would be really glad to act as your Host organisation in Granada.






On the other hand, if you are interested in taking part in the Erasmus Mobility programme either for University students or staff, or for Upper level Vocational Training students or staff and if you have already submitted your application asking for the Erasmus University Charter, please do not hesitate to contact us for collaborating together. If your organisation is interested in preparing other kind of LLP Programmes, or other programmes, or even a private exchange, please contact us and explain us your proposal. We would be delighted to listen to your ideas.


From our organisation, M.E.P. Europrojects Granada, we think that if you have not still started to prepare your new Mobility projects to be submitted in the next call for proposals, this is the right moment for starting to prepare them. From our experience we know that a project that is prepared with time enough has more possibilities to get the final approval from its relevant National Agency. For that reason, please do not hesitate to contact us and let us know your project idea so that we can help you to prepare your proposal in order to achieve a successful project proposal together. We would be really glad to prepare our Letter(s) of Intent for your project(s) and also to help you to achieve Letter(s) of Intent from other organisations too.




On the other hand, if you have any already approved project in any previous call and you would like to collaborate with us for those approved projects, even if they have a very tight deadline, please send us the relevant information and we will start working on them immediately in order to study its viability and inform you a.s.a.p. if we are able to collaborate together on it.

M.E.P. Europrojects Granada Introductory Letter

M.E.P. Europrojects Granada is a private training organisation mainly aimed at participating to collaborate within Mobility projects (i.e. Leonardo da Vinci Mobility projects for IVT (People undergoing Initial Vocational Training), PLM (People in the Labour Market), VETPro (Professionals in Vocational Education and Training) and Erasmus Mobility projects (organising training placements for University and Upper Vocational Training students and Staff) as well as developing different training activities (supportive training courses for primary and secondary school students and foreign language courses).

M.E.P. Europrojects Granada will organise together with your organiation all aspects related to the preparation, submission and implementation of your European projects. M.E.P. Europrojects Granada will organise a complete programme of Study visits for VETPro projects or Erasmus Mobility for Staff of any field and/or a programme of training placements for all kind of students (Initial or Upper Vocational Training or University students) from a very wide range of specialities. We offer a comprehensive service including: accommodation, meals, transport, Spanish language lessons, cultural programme, cultural activities, etc.

Regarding accreditation and certification, M.E.P. Europrojects Granada will provide all project participants with:

1. Certificates accrediting their acquired knowledge and competences issued by M.E.P. Europrojects Granada (IVT, PLM, VETPRO and Erasmus)

2. Certificates accrediting their acquired knowledge and competences issued by the organisations where trainees develop their internships (IVT, PLM and Erasmus)

3. Certificates accrediting the Spanish language lessons undergone and the level achieved (for those projects including language course) and,

4. Europass Mobility certificates (for all those projects requesting it)

5. A final monitoring and evaluation report (for all those projects requesting it)

We are also used to collaborate with disabled and handicapped people.

INFORMATION ABOUT GRANADA

1. To visit the Alhambra. World Heritage Site, the complex of the Alhambra and the Generalife is the most emblematic, known and visited monument of Granada and Spain and the second most visited monument in Europe.




2. To visit the Park of the Sciences of Granada. Visiting the Park of the Sciences is to enter a different world. A world where the visitor wil have the knowledge of the science history on the tip of the fingers.

6. To Swim in the beaches of the Tropical Coast of Granada or to just to have a walk in the seaside and enjoy the benefits of the sea breeze. There are tenths of beaches and small inlets of crystal-clear water, 320 sunny days a year and an average temperature of 20º C.





7. To Know the Architecture of the Alpujarra and make rural tourism in this mountain area full of white villages. To know the architecture of the Alpujarra region is to make a trip in the time until finding its origins in the Berbers tribes who inhabited this area many centuries ago.





8. To Travel to any other point in Andalusia. Granada has a strategic position wich allows to travel to ather beautiful andalusian cities such as Cordoba, Malaga and Siviglia.

PRACTICE TRAINING AND STUDY VISITS

                            

Regarding study visits, they depend on the field of the project and on the field of specialisation of project participants. Study visits will be organised according to this field. For example, if you are a vocational training teacher and your project field is about studying Vocational Training System in Spain, your study visits, will be to educational institutions like yours in Spain. It is useful to have this kind of activities, so that you can compare your home country to Spain, learn about similarities, differences, best practices, etc. and use it in your future career.



SPANISH LANGUAGE AND CULTURE COURSE

 
 Spanish language course includes learning basic of Spanish language, which will be very useful to make conversations with local population, for example, with your colleagues in project; it helps to improve language skills, to learn basic Spanish vocabulary, to set the basis for future learning.
Spanish culture course is especially interesting for those, who don’t prefer just sitting aside, but like to participate in different activities. It can include different local cultural activities like walking around historical quarters of Granada, a tapas evening, etc.





                 

DISCOVERING GRANADA IN DEPTH (SPECIALLY RECOMMENDED!)

Granada is one of the most beautiful Andalusian cities, where ancient Arab and Catholic art and civilizations melt together. Amazing history, which shows a reflection to its buildings, street construction, parks and so on, and which makes Granada attractive not only for tourists, but for artists and culture staff too. The most visited cultural places in Granada are the complex of the Alhambra, ancient Arab city made up of Alcazaba, Nasrid Palaces and Generalife. These are monuments, which mainly represent Arab art in Spain, and inwardly include past umbrage and absolutely are must see locus.
